Crylastic

CryLastic is an acrylic polymer emulsion, which forms an elastomeric waterproof membrane possessing outstanding adhesion to various substrates. CryLastic is a flexible “breathing” membrane, allowing minimal amounts of moisture vapor from the building interior to escape through the coating while remaining impervious to liquid water penetration from the exterior.

SR Dampproofer

SR Dampproofer is a low-solids, clear, waterborne siloxane water repellant product designed to penetrate into exterior, above-grade cement block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete and other porous masonry surfaces to form a barrier against water intrusion. SR Dampproofer goes on milky in color, but dries clear so that the surface appearance and texture are not altered.

BENEFITS:

• A single application inhibits efflorescence and the effects of weathering, such as spalling.
• Permits the treated masonry surface to breathe.
• Provides resistance against atmospheric contaminates.
• SR Dampproofer is a water-based product which is odorless and non-toxic.

Base Sheet Adhesive

Base Sheet Adhesive is a cold-applied, asphalt/urethane moisture-cure adhesive. It is used to bond base sheets to approved insulation and/or structural concrete, and approved insulation to mechanically fastened base sheets. Base Sheet Adhesive’s unique chemistry provides quicker cure time at critical interfaces of BUR constructions to provide ultimate resistance to wind forces more rapidly than standard cold process BUR assemblies.

HK Aluminum Shield is a highly reflective, leafing, asphalt-based paint that provides ultraviolet light resistance and weather protection to a variety of surfaces. HK Aluminum Shield is formulated with paint quality aluminum pigments for maximum reflectivity.

Multi-Ply Adhesive

Multi-Ply Adhesive is a cold-applied, premium quality interply and surface aggregate adhesive. Multi-Ply Adhesive, when used as an adhesive, penetrates each ply layer to create a fused, well-bonded roof system. Unlike hot-applied materials, rapid cooling, wind, and improper heating are not influencing factors during application.

Multi-Ply Adhesive SF is a cold-applied, solvent-free, asphalt/urethane interply adhesive. It is used to bond fully coated base/ply sheets and modified bitumen membranes to construct multiple ply roof assemblies. Multi-Ply Adhesive SF meets VOC requirements in all jurisdictions, and is ideal for projects sensitive to solvent odor. The unique chemistry of Multi-Ply Adhesive SF provides faster cure time and maximum strength of the roof system compared to standard cold applied, solvent-based products.

Pika Ply MB Adhesive

Pika Ply MB Adhesive is an asphalt-based, cold-applied interply adhesive used to bond SBS modified bitumen membrane systems. It can be applied by spray or notched squeegee and is designed to adhere SBS modified bitumen sheet materials that do not have a burn-off film.

SuperiorFlex^® Seal Plus

SuperiorFlex^® Seal Plus utilizes new, innovative technology to develop the most advanced polymer-enriched, fluid-applied membrane and waterproofing material. This state of the art technology, combined with our proprietary formulation, creates a tough elastomeric waterproofing material that exceeds the performance potential of most coal tar base and butyl compounds.

Tarshield

Tarshield is a blend of coal tar, proprietary polymer modifiers, and non-asbestos fibers which provides a product suitable for application to membranes with slopes of ½” (4.17%) or less. Tarshield is designed to have excellent adhesion to dry, clean, uncontaminated substrates, and for adhesion of gravel surfacing.

Wite Brite^® Coating

Wite Brite^® Elastomeric Coating is a 100% acrylic water–based VOC compliant reflective coating fortified with a concentrated level of titanium dioxide. This high quality white elastomeric weather resistant coating may be applied over most smooth or mineral surface asphalt roof systems and many other commercial roof surfaces. Consult with your SR Products representative for specific information.

Wite Brite^® Coating (Contrast)

Wite Brite^® Elastomeric Coating – Contrast is a 100% acrylic water–based VOC compliant reflective coating fortified with a concentrated level of titanium dioxide. This acrylic coating is designed for use prior to application of Wite Brite Elastomeric Coating White.

Wite Brite^® Elastomeric Coating – Contrast FR

Wite Brite^® Elastomeric Coating – Contrast FR is 100% acrylic water–based VOC compliant coating fortified with a concentrated level of titanium pigment. This high quality weather resistant formula provides a perfect base coat over a variety of roof surfaces. Consult with your SR Products representative for specific information.

• Does not contain asbestos.
• Zinc ingredient inhibits rust.
• Mold and mildew resistant formula.

Tarshield WB

Tarshield WB is a water-based blend of coal tar and proprietary polymer modifiers that provide a product suitable for application to membranes with slopes of 6” per foot (45%) or less. Tarshield WB is designed to have excellent adhesion to dry, clean, primed, uncontaminated substrates and to embedded gravel.

• Cold-applied – thus eliminating open flames and kettles.

• Compatible with asphalt and coal tar membranes when used as a surfacing or floodcoat.
• Can be spray-applied for quicker, less labor intensive and easier application.

Insulation Adhesive SF

Insulation Adhesive SF is a cold-applied, one-part, solvent-free, asphalt/urethane insulation adhesive. It is used to bond approved insulation to base sheets, roof substrates and other approved insulations. Insulation Adhesive SF meets VOC requirements in all jurisdictions, and is ideal for projects sensitive to solvent odor or when the use of mechanical fasteners is not practical.
