BUR Plus 101 Type (III and IV)
BUR Plus 101 is specifically refined to provide excellent weatherability and flexibility. This high quality asphalt is compatible with standard roofing equipment and can be applied either by hand mopping or with the use of a mechanical spreader. It is manufactured using a carefully controlled process employing very uniform and consistent crude sources.

BUR Plus 303
BUR Plus 303 modified asphalt is enhanced with high performance SEBS polymers. It serves as a quality mopping asphalt for use in the construction of built-up roof membrane assemblies. BUR Plus 303 may be used as an interply adhesive and/or a surfacing floodcoat.

SRP 1200
SRP 1200 is a polymer modified, hot-applied roofing asphalt that is compatible with standard roofing equipment and can be applied either by hand mopping or with the use of a mechanical spreader. All SRP asphalts provide excellent weathering characteristics and long term performance in hot-applied built-up roofing assemblies.

BUR Plus 505
BUR Plus 505 is a coal tar product that has been modified with proprietary polymers to provide exceptional durability in built-up roof membrane assemblies. BUR Plus 505 may be used as an interply adhesive and as a surfacing floodcoat with gravel. The inherent coal tar molecular structure of BUR Plus 505 produces characteristics that result in resistance to water, UV and vapor penetration. In addition, the unique flexibility and elongation characteristics provided by the polymer modification yield improved performance in cold temperature flex, adhesion and many other key properties that contribute to long-term performance.

HK Tar Plus
HK Tar Plus is specifically manufactured to provide unique performance properties as a high quality, coal tar pitch for use in the construction of built-up roof membrane assemblies. HK Tar Plus may be used as an interply adhesive with HK Tarred Felt, and as a surfacing floodcoat with gravel. HK Tar Plus complies with ASTM D 450, Type I. The molecular structure produces inherent characteristics that are resistant to water, UV and vapor penetration. In addition, its selfhealing characteristics provide extra protection.
